Gweda Lodge is a luxury game lodge situated in the Mabalingwe Nature Reserve, near the town of Bela-Bela. This unique game reserve is located only one and a half hours drive north of Pretoria in the magnificent Waterberg region of the Limpopo Province. The surrounding bushveld terrain varies between natural hillsides and open plains, with mountain views and perennial streams. The Game reserve is home to the big 5 with the lions encamped making the reserve safe and perfect for activities and game drives.
The lodge sleeps 10 adults and 6 kids in 5 luxury air-conditioned bedrooms and is built with an open-plan living area. Large stack away glass sliding doors open onto the huge deck with sun loungers. This swimming pool area with seating has exquisite views of the mountains and bush. The architecturally designed boma has excellent lighting for night time relaxing around the fire.
